You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will E-mail you a pre-paid return label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Return labels can be only be sent to US orders.
Shipping costs for standard returns will need to be paid and shipped by the customer. For your convenience, we can also E-mail you pre-paid shipping label and deduct the actual shipping cost from the return (US orders only)
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-3 business days of the order being delivered; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time to process the return and credit your original payment method.
If you need to return an item, simply login to Your Account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
We normally process and ship orders within 1 business day during our normal business days Monday - Friday. Orders placed before 2:00PM PST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
USPS® is our default shipping carrier. We also use UPS® and FedEx® for special orders.

For international orders, we normally use USPS eCom Packet (ePacket) and USPS eCom IPA through our worldwide parcel distributor, Globegistics Inc., USPS® First-Class Package International Service®, Priority Mail International® and Priority Mail Express International®. Please note that First Class International does NOT provide tracking information (except Canada). For special orders, DHL® is our preferred shipping carrier.

How shipping rates are determined
Shipping costs can be calculated directly on the shopping cart page. Shipping rates are based on:
- Product Weight
- Type of Packaging
- Carrier Shipping Method
International Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees
Shipping charges do not include duties or taxes. By law, we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents. Please check with your customs office for more information. Any taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Possible Delays with International Orders
All international orders may be subject to customs clearance when they reach the destination country. These procedures can cause a delay beyond the original delivery estimates.
